PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL USE
The Website is for customers' personal use only. We do not provide the Website, products or the services supplied by us through the Website for commercial usage. We reserve the right to decline Orders of unusual quantities and/or where we suspect commercial usage by the purchaser. We may take any steps we deem necessary, including taking appropriate legal action against violators.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are delivered only inside UAE and it’ll be daily excluding UAE public holidays.
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our website, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation.
However, we are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
PLACING ORDERS
When you place an Order with us, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price displayed for each product on the Website, in addition to any service charges such as delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable, at the time of placing the Order. We will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your Order. However, Orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be communicated to you when you receive a notification from us confirming your Order has been processed by us and/or your item(s) have been dispatched for delivery. No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order. We may reject Orders at our sole discretion including for reasons such as errors in prices of products, other technical errors affecting the Website or the ordering process, ineligibility, inability to process payment, suspected fraud, suspected violation of the prohibition on commercial use of our website, shipping restrictions or stock unavailability.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for in full and accepted by us. The Website (or our Website Call Centre) may contain or provide information regarding the availability of a particular item. The information provided on the Website is only an estimate and may not be up to date at the time of placing an Order due to the frequency of the transactions that are carried out on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that an item which is displayed as in-stock on the Website at the time you placed it in your basket will be available at the time you place the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you and refund your money as a credit on our website for future purchases.
PRICES
Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with such as delivery costs or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.
Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PAYMENTS
We currently accept the following payment methods for Orders placed on our website: Visa; Mastercard; American Express; PayPal; Apple Pay and, where available.
ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE– NON-REFUNDS – NO-CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept returns on any of our items, nor do we accept cancellations of processed purchases, and no refunds.
Therefore, you are responsible for the items purchased.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange the product that you purchased within three (3) days from the date you received the product, and therefore you are not entitled to exchange after the expiration of the three-day period.
